How does the certification workflow work?

When a technician completes a job and submits their record, the assigned certifier receives a notification to review it. They can inspect the job record, attached photos, and notes, then approve or reject with written feedback. On approval, a digital certificate is automatically issued and linked to the equipment and job record.

What happens when a certificate is about to expire?

QTask sends automatic notifications to the equipment owner, certifier, and admin 30 days before a certificate expires. Expiring certificates are flagged in the dashboard and the Compliance Overview widget so nothing falls through the cracks.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid annual plan, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Each plan includes a user limit (e.g. Starter: 5 users, Professional: 25 users). All four role types — Customers, Service Providers, Certifiers, and Administrators — count toward your user total. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited users at a custom price.
